* We do not accept unneutered male dogs over the age of 9 months into our group classes without prior evaluation by the instructor. We also do not accept any dog who is aggressive towards people or other dogs.
In such cases, we are happy to work with you privately in order to give you the help you need.

Our small group class sizes ensure personalized and individual attention for you and your puppy or dog.
Registering early is advisable – your spot will be reserved once your payment is received.

Please Read: By submitting the above form containing the information I/we have supplied, I/we agree that as consideration for use and enjoyment of the class and facilities, I/we hereby release Puppy Prep School, Elizabeth Gaul, and Clifton Community Arts Center and its employees and volunteers from any claims of damage or liability including but not limited to attorneys' fees, arising from the acts or omissions of the instructor, from operation of the class or facility, or which may arise or be caused by any other attending and/or participating individual or animal as may be present and/or participating at the facility or in a class.
